Create a 3-touch recovery sequence:

TOUCH 1 — SAME DAY (within 2 hours)
- Short, non-judgmental email
- Assume positive intent (they got busy)
- Offer to reschedule with 2–3 specific times
- Under 60 words

TOUCH 2 — DAY 2 (Phone + Voicemail)
- Friendly, direct
- Reference the missed meeting briefly
